What is a soft PVC cartoon coaster?
A soft PVC cartoon coaster is a flexible, rubber-like drink mat molded into a cartoon, mascot or character shape. It is a popular impulse and branded-merch item for gift shops, cafés, promotional distributors and anime merchandise wholesalers because it is non-slip, washable and fully printable with any artwork.
What size are these PVC coasters?
The standard size is 8 × 8 × 0.3 cm (about 18 g per piece). Other sizes, thicknesses (2–5 mm) and round / square / custom shapes are available on request.
Can you print our logo or artwork on the coasters?
Yes. Full-color UV or pad printing is done in-house, single or double side, Pantone matched. Send vector artwork or a high-resolution image and we return a digital proof before production.
Are soft PVC coasters non-slip and heat resistant?
Soft PVC coasters are flexible and non-slip, and they protect surfaces from condensation. For very hot vessels we recommend them as branded placement mats rather than direct high-heat protection.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
100 pcs in stock; custom orders from 200 pcs per design. Sampling takes 5-7 days and bulk production 12-20 days after sample approval (varies by order quantity).
Can I mix the five designs in one order?
Yes. All five designs ship under one MOQ, so you can mix and match styles in a single consolidated order.
Can I get a sample before ordering, and is it free?
Yes. Samples of our existing designs are free — you only cover the courier cost. For a custom sample made with your own artwork, a sample charge applies and is refunded against your first bulk order. Sampling takes 5–7 days.
What artwork files do you need for a custom coaster?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) work best, but a high-resolution PSD or PNG at 300 dpi or above is also fine. We check your artwork for free and return a digital proof for your approval before any mold is cut or production starts.
Is there a mold or tooling fee for a custom shape?
Custom die-cut shapes require a one-time mold. The mold fee is quoted together with your design and quantity, and it can be refunded or credited once your cumulative order reaches an agreed volume. Standard shapes from our existing range carry no mold fee.
What payment methods and terms do you accept?
T/T bank transfer is standard: 30% deposit to start production and the 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is available for larger orders, and PayPal, Western Union or credit card are accepted for samples and small orders.
How do you ship, and which Incoterms do you support?
Samples ship by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) in about 3–7 days. Bulk orders go by sea (roughly 20–35 days) or air (roughly 5–10 days). We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen, CIF or DDP, and we are happy to work with your own forwarder or quote freight through ours.
What is the packing and carton quantity?
Each coaster is packed in an individual OPP bag, then boxed into export cartons — carton quantity, carton size and gross weight are confirmed with your order. Header cards, gift boxes, display boxes and retail barcode or UPC labels are all available on request.
Do soft PVC coasters meet EU and US safety standards?
Yes. The soft PVC material can be supplied EN71, RoHS and REACH compliant on request. Third-party test reports from SGS or Intertek are available — we can share existing reports for the material or arrange fresh testing for your specific order.
What happens if there is a quality problem with my order?
Every order goes through AQL inspection before shipment. If you find defects, send photos within 30 days of receipt and we will replace the affected pieces or credit them against your next order, depending on what works best for your program.
