Adidas Shoe Keychain: a Tag Strap, a Mini Sneaker and a Disc
Three parts hang off the same ring. The flat tag strap carries the lettering and the leaf-style mark pressed into its face; the mini sneaker below it repeats the stripes, the lace band and the heel tab in relief; and a round disc sits between them, moulded in the same compound. Every part of an adidas shoe keychain is soft PVC, so the assembly shrugs off a pocket, a bag zip or a hand that squeezes it.
The reference piece measures about 6 cm from heel to toe and 4 cm tall, the strap above it runs 10 cm end to end, and the complete adidas shoe keychain settles at roughly 50 g on the scale. Stock shades are kept in the workshop and the count is refreshed every week, so a repeat order usually ships from what is already on the shelf. Colour mix, print method and packing are fixed on one approved piece first.

Two Print Methods, Picked by the Surface
A mark on a flat face goes by silk screen for richer colour. A mark that follows a curve — the shoe side or the strap — goes by pad print. Send the artwork and position and we name the method.
Plain Pieces Ready for Your Own Label
Runs can leave in a plain white box with nothing printed, so the keychain is bought plain and packed under your own label. For retail rails we add a printed hang card over an OPP bag, about 3–5 days extra.

What moves on an order

Four things change most often on an adidas shoe keychain order: the shade the body is formed in, the mark and the surface it goes onto, the way the pieces are packed, and the strap and hardware they hang from.
Each is quoted on its own line, so the cost of a change is visible before anything is tooled.

The stock eight need nothing tooled and go out as they sit on the shelf. A colour matched to a reference of your own opens at 500 pieces and is worked either to a Pantone number or to a colour chip you post in. A shape we do not run yet needs its own mould, and that is a one-off charge.
Colour of the body
The eight stock shades carry no surcharge and mix in one carton. A colour run to your reference opens at 500 pieces; post a Pantone or send a sample part, and one piece from that run stays the standard for reorders.
The mark and where it lands
Flat surfaces take a silk-screen mark that holds fine lettering; bending surfaces — the shoe sidewall or the strap curve — take pad print. Lettering can also run along the tag strap, leaving the shoe body bare.
How the order travels
A plain OPP bag in an export carton is the standard. A printed hang card turns it into a pegboard item — the card has its own minimum and about 3–5 days. Kraft sleeves and gift boxes are priced separately.
Strap length and hardware
The strap can run longer or shorter than the 10 cm reference, the disc dropped from the build, and the ring swapped for another fitting. Each touches the mould or the assembly, so it carries its own line in the quote.

This one travels as a hang item. A supermarket fills a rail with it, a gift counter clips it beside the till, a brand packs it into a drop kit.
What carries across all of them is that the strap gives the piece a flat face for the mark, and the shoe below it still reads as a sneaker from across the aisle.

How often is the stock list updated, and how long is a restock?
Popular shades are kept on the shelf all year and the count is refreshed weekly. A regular shade that has sold out is normally back in 7-12 days. An unusual shade may have to be re-scheduled onto the press, so confirm live stock on the adidas shoe keychain you want before you order.
Will a new PVC piece smell, and how long does it take to air off?
A freshly moulded piece carries a light raw-material smell, which is normal and fades once the piece is unbagged. Leaving an adidas shoe keychain in open air for 3-5 days clears it. A low-odour eco PVC compound is available if the smell matters, at a slightly higher material cost.
Does soft PVC go brittle in cold weather shipping?
Standard soft PVC keeps its flexibility above 0 degrees. Held for a long spell below about -10 degrees it hardens and can crack under impact, so an adidas shoe keychain bound for a cold region travels with thicker cushioning, or is moulded in a cold-resistant compound on request.
Is the surface mark silk screen or pad print, and which lasts longer?
Flat faces are run by silk screen and curved or radiused surfaces by pad print. Neither lifts under ordinary use; silk screen lays down fuller colour, and pad print holds better around a curve. Send the artwork and where it has to sit, and we will recommend the method for your adidas shoe keychain.
Can you supply plain pieces with no mark, for us to label ourselves?
Yes. An adidas shoe keychain can leave in a neutral white box with nothing printed on the outside, and you pack it under your own label at your end. A plain unmarked export carton is available as well if that suits your warehouse better.
Can the single-piece packing be a hang card for a retail rail?
Yes. A printed backing card over an OPP bag is a standard upgrade for supermarket, convenience-store and pegboard display, and the card carries your own design. Custom cards carry their own minimum order and add about 3-5 days to production of an adidas shoe keychain.
