A Custom Ice Cream Cone Keychain Order for a Dessert Chain
A dessert chain came to us for summer campaign gifts. They kept the ice cream cone shape and asked for their logo and slogan on the side of the charm.
The colors had to match the store's macaron palette. Every piece needed to be clean of flash, packed on its own, and delivered in one drop before the campaign date.
We opened the mold and tuned the cream and waffle relief first. Then we matched the whole set to their Pantone card, and screen printed the brand mark into the PVC surface so it resists rubbing.
The metal clasp went through a pull test before assembly. After molding, trimming and a full inspection, every piece went into its own bag, and the ice cream cone keychain order shipped complete.

Will the relief lose detail in a big run?
The mold is tuned at the cream and waffle stage. We lock the approved sample and check the first piece plus samples through the run, so detail stays sharp.
Can I mix 3-4 colors in one order?
Yes. We run several colors on the same mold, bag them separately, and mark the carton with the color code so you can split channels.
Can I approve a pre-production sample?
Yes. After the sample is signed off, we make a pre-production piece for you to check color, print position and relief before bulk.
Does the PVC meet export rules?
We pick the PVC grade for your target market and can share material documents. Third-party test reports on the ice cream cone keychain are available on request.
What if a few pieces arrive with flash or a loose clasp?
