A Custom Snack Keychain Order for a Snack Brand
A snack brand came to us for pop-up store merch. They kept our layered mini snack keychain shape and wanted their IP art on the charms and the metal nameplate.
They also needed a new plating tone, a glossy epoxy coat that resists rubbing, individual packing, and one bulk delivery that hit their event date.
We die-cast the zinc body, electroplated it, then baked the color zone by zone to match the snack pack artwork. The brand art went on by epoxy print, sealed under a high-clarity coat, and the nameplate got laser engraving.
Each batch got an epoxy adhesion test and a plating corrosion test. We packed every snack keychain on its own and shipped the full order at once, in time for the pop-up.

Will the epoxy peel after daily use?
The coat is heat cured, so it holds up in normal use. A hard scrape can still mark it, so keep it away from sharp edges.
Will the metal fade over time?
We use multilayer plating, so the shine lasts in daily use. Damp or salt-air storage speeds up wear. Wipe it with a soft cloth now and then.
Do I need a new mold to add my logo?
No. Laser engraving, screen print or epoxy print all work on the current charm. Send your art and we check the fit first.
How do I clean fingerprints off the metal?
Use a lint-free soft cloth or a slightly damp tissue. Skip strong alcohol and harsh cleaners, which dull the epoxy on your snack keychain.
How long do samples and bulk take?
Stock ships fast. Logo samples take 4-7 days. Bulk timing follows the order size, and we ship the whole order at once after inspection.
What is the MOQ?
Stock starts at 100 pcs. Custom logo and art start at 500 pcs. A brand new snack shape needs a mold fee.
