Getting the size right first time. Most custom shoe charms sit between 15 mm and 35 mm, with a moulded thickness of 3-5 mm. Going below 15 mm loses fine detail, while anything above 35 mm starts to catch on laces and straps. What happens after you send artwork. We review the file, return a 2D or 3D rendering with size and Pantone callouts, cut the tooling, then produce a physical sample of your custom shoe charms for approval. Nothing moves to bulk production until that sample is signed off, which is why sampling adds 3-5 working days but removes the risk of a full run in the wrong colour. Once approved, bulk production takes 7-10 working days and we send packing photos before the balance payment.
