Do I need finished artwork, or can you design from just the text?
Text alone is enough — our team lays out the lettering and sends a free digital proof. If you already have artwork, vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the sharpest result, though a 300 dpi PNG or PSD also works. Logos, mascots and Pantone references are welcome.
What is the MOQ for custom wording, and how long does it take?
Custom wording starts at 200 pcs per design, and stock designs are available from 100 pcs. Sampling takes 5-7 days and bulk production 12-20 days after sample approval. All seven quote designs share one MOQ, so a single order can cover several different messages.
Can I see a sample before ordering, and what does it cost?
Yes. Samples of our existing quote designs are free — you only cover the courier cost. A custom sample made with your own wording carries a small setup charge that is credited back against your first bulk order. Sampling takes 5-7 days.
How are the keychains packed, and do they meet EU and US safety standards?
Each keychain comes in an individual OPP bag with the metal keyring fitted, then into export cartons — carton count, size and gross weight confirmed with your order. Header cards, backing cards, gift boxes and barcode or UPC labels are available on request, and the soft PVC can be supplied EN71, RoHS and REACH compliant with SGS or Intertek reports.
