Yeezy Shoe Keychain: Approve a Sample, Then Match It in Bulk
A low-cut running shape, and the whole body of a Yeezy shoe keychain comes out of one pass of soft PVC: the knit-look upper lines, the lace band across the instep, the side stripe and the split midsole are all formed on the same tool.
There is no glued seam waiting to open and no separate sole to work loose. Everything a buyer wants on the piece sits on top of that body — the mark goes down by silk screen, is cured in stages, and is made to grip the moulded surface instead of flaking away at the first scrape.

A 2% Defect Cap in Writing
Batches are drawn to GB/T2828.1, with the accepted defect rate set at 2% or less. Go past it and the gap is closed with replacement pieces or a credit note — that line sits on the signed sheet, not in an email.

Four things move on this piece: the shade it is formed in, the mark printed over the upper, the finish of the compound, and the strap it hangs from. Each is quoted as its own line, so a buyer sees what a change costs before anything is tooled.

The nine shelf shades need no tooling and ship as they are. A shade dyed to your reference needs 500 pieces and is pulled to a Pantone chip or to a part you send in. A silhouette we do not run yet means a new tool, quoted as a one-off line.
Shade on the body
The nine stock shades carry no surcharge. A shade mixed to order starts at 500 pieces: send a Pantone number or a physical part, and a piece from that first batch stays here as the colour standard for reorders.
Mark over the upper
Silk screen is the standard route for a customer mark on a stock piece and copes with fine lettering and small marks. Lettering can also run along the tag strap, which keeps the shoe body clean and carries the branding on the strap instead.
How it is bagged
Default packing is one piece to an OPP bag in a plain carton. Card headers, kraft sleeves and printed gift boxes are upgrades, and each one moves both the piece price and the delivery date.
Strap and fitting
The tag strap can be switched to any shade in the range and printed with your lettering, and the split ring can be swapped for a different fitting. Both touch the assembly, so they are quoted separately.

Send the order detail
The Yeezy shoe keychain count, the shade list, what artwork goes onto them, how they should be bagged, and where the cartons are headed.

Take a charged sample
One style can be sampled in one or two colours. The sample is billed on its own and the freight sits with you; the fee comes off the bulk invoice once the order reaches the agreed quantity. Sampling runs 4-7 days.

Sign the approved piece
Shade, print placement, strap colour and ring are locked on the piece you sign, and that piece becomes the standard for the run.

Run the batch

How do we get a sample, and can we pick the colours?
