Air Force One Shoe Keychain: the Low-Top at 5.2 cm
A low basketball silhouette with a thick flat sole is the shape this piece is built on. Every Air Force One shoe keychain comes out of a single injection mould: the perforated toe cap, the moulded panel lines, the side stripe relief and the ribbed sole are all cut into the same tool. Colour is blended into the PVC before it is shot, so the shade runs through the moulding instead of sitting on top of it.
The yardstick piece measures about 5.2 cm heel to toe, 1.5 cm across and 2.5 cm high, and tips the scale at roughly 12 g once the ring and chain are on. That is light enough to travel with a letter and solid enough to feel moulded in the palm. Shade, printed mark and bagging for an Air Force One shoe keychain are pinned down on one approved piece before the tool starts running.
Colour Mixed In, Not Painted On
The shade is blended into the PVC before moulding, so a scuff shows the same colour underneath. Pearlescent, translucent and glow grades are special raw materials, quoted on the standard compound.
Eight Shades Sitting on the Shelf
Green, yellow, dark green, white, blue, dark blue, brown and silver all sit in the workshop and share one box from 50 pieces, so a colour story is tested before a printed run is booked in.
A Flat Sole That Sits Steady on a Peg
The wide, level sole lets the piece rest flat on a display peg and still read as a sneaker from across the aisle. Air Force One shoe keychains carrying your own printed mark start from 100 pieces.

We took these figures off the reference Air Force One shoe keychain that stays on the bench as our own yardstick. The commercial terms sit in the same table, because both get frozen on the sheet you sign.

What can be changed
Shade, Printed Mark and Packing
Three things change most often on this piece: the shade it is shot in, the mark printed onto the shoe body, and the way it is bagged. Tool cost, print method and packing are quoted together on the specification sheet, and an Air Force One shoe keychain sample is signed off before the tool runs.

Silver
Nothing has to be tooled for a stock shade, and the eight we hold ship as they are. A dyed shade for Air Force One shoe keychains needs 500 pieces and is matched against a Pantone number or a part you post to us. A brand-new tool is charged once, and that fee comes back to you when the order reaches the agreed quantity.
Shoe shade
The eight stock shades are already on the shelf and cost nothing extra. A shade mixed to order needs 500 pieces, is matched against a Pantone book or a sample you send, and one piece from that batch stays here as our colour yardstick for repeat runs.
Mark on the shoe body
Silk-screen printing puts a customer mark straight onto the moulded sidewall of a stock piece, which is the quickest route to a branded Air Force One shoe keychain. A brand-new silhouette has to be developed with its own tool first.
Packing options
The default is one piece per OPP bag in a standard export carton. Backing cards, kraft sleeves and printed boxes are upgrades, and each one adds to the unit price and to the schedule.
Size and hardware
The piece can be scaled up or down and the split ring or chain swapped for another fitting. Both touch the tool or the assembly, so they are quoted as separate lines.
Who buys it and why
Sneaker Launches, Retail Pegboards and Brand Gifts
Sneaker drops and launch daysFootwear retail and resaleStreetwear and skate labelsPromotional and incentive programmesOnline sellers and marketplace shopsTrade shows and brand giveaways
A piece this size is bought in runs rather than singles. One buyer fills a launch box, another hangs it beside the till, a third mails it out with a purchase.
What holds across all three is the same pair of facts: it is flat enough to post cheaply, and solid enough to feel moulded rather than printed.
Every Air Force One shoe keychain in a run is counted by shade and set against the tally before the lid goes on the box.

Shade, print method, hardware and bagging written onto one sheet that you sign before anything is cut.
03
Approve a pre-production piece
A piece shot in your shade with the mark applied, sent over for approval before the tool is committed.
04
Shoot the run
The tool runs to the approved piece, with pieces pulled at intervals and laid against it for comparison.
05
Count, check and pack
Each piece goes over a gauge, onto a scale and under a light, then drops into the carton counted by shade.
Before the carton closes
What Gets Checked on Every Air Force One Shoe Keychain
Overall length, width and height taken with a calliper against the signed piece
Sole and collar surfaces clear of short shots, flash and trapped air
Panel lines, toe perforations and side wall relief filled out completely
Moulded shade held next to the signed colour chip under the same light
Print checked for placement, size and ink density against the signed artwork
Nothing is boxed until the count and shade split agree with the packing list
What buyers ask before ordering
Air Force One Shoe Keychain: Buyer Questions
What is the minimum order, and can shades be mixed?
Mixed orders of Air Force One shoe keychains open at 50 pieces, and up to eight shades can travel in one box. A new tool, or a shade dyed to order, needs 500 pieces and is priced on its own. Put two shapes in the same order and both the unit price and the lead time move, so that is quoted case by case.
What does the quote cover, and is the tool fee refundable?
Prices are written EXW or FOB, so freight, duty and third-party testing sit outside them. A new PVC tool is a one-off charge, and it is returned to you once the order reaches the agreed quantity. Stock shapes carry no tool fee at all.
Will the colour rub off, or the piece crack in use?
The shade is blended into the PVC before moulding rather than sprayed on, so ordinary handling does not wear it away. Long exposure to direct sun, or heat above about 60 degrees, softens and ages PVC faster, and a ring hole that is pulled hard can tear. Keeping the piece away from alcohol and strong solvents helps it last.
Can you produce translucent, glow or pearl finishes?
Yes. Those are special PVC compounds rather than the standard material, so they add to the cost and take longer to sample. Plain solid shades carry no extra material charge.
Do you work OEM or ODM, and can a mark go on the shoe body?
Both. A stock shape takes a silk-screen printed mark straight onto the sidewall, and a new silhouette can be developed as an ODM project with its own tool. Brand marks, protected names and trade dress are made only when the rights holder's written approval arrives with the enquiry.
What packing can the order arrive in?
The default packing for Air Force One shoe keychains is one piece per OPP bag inside a standard export carton. Backing cards, kraft sleeves and printed boxes are available as upgrades, and each one adds to the unit price and to the production schedule.
