The six held shades carry no tooling charge and can share a carton. A shade outside them is a dyeing run worked to a Pantone code or to a colour chip sent by courier, and it opens at 500 pieces. The first piece off that run becomes the standard every later batch is checked against. A shape we have not moulded before needs its own tool, charged once.
Shade the body is formed in
The six shelf shades are the cheap way in: no tooling and they mix in one carton. Your own shade is a dyeing run from 500 pieces, matched to a Pantone or a part you send; that first piece stays the standard.
Where the mark lands and how it prints
The wrist strap is the friendly surface — flat and wide, so a silk-screen mark holds fine lettering. A sidewall mark follows a radius and is laid by pad print. Send the artwork and position and we name the method.
How the pieces are bagged
One piece to an OPP bag in an export carton is the default. A printed backing card over the bag turns it into a pegboard item with your design; kraft sleeves and gift boxes are costed separately.
Strap length, ring and clasp
The strap can run longer or shorter than the 10.5 cm on the bench piece, and the fitting at the top swaps for a plain split ring, a swivel clasp or a shorter chain. Each change touches the mould or the assembly line and is quoted on its own.

Six popular solid shades are held as stock, and a buyer can take any combination of them without being pushed into the full set. Can the whole colour set be sent in one sample parcel for our buying team?
Yes. The complete shade set can travel in one shipment, charged at the sample rate per piece, with the freight paid by the buyer. The side of a high-top gets squeezed in a pocket. Will the mould split there?
