A strap gives a bigger, flatter print area than the shell, so lettering sits square along it. One colour or three, a name or a block of copy — a screen is cut for the run; the charm can stay or be dropped for a plainer piece.
The tone the metal is plated to
Gold tone is what sits on the bench; the ring, chain and charm are plated together, so the whole piece takes one finish. A silver or gunmetal batch is a plating change, its minimum set by the bath, not the line.
How the piece is bagged
One piece to an OPP bag is standard. A printed header card, a zip pouch, a gift box or a paper band each carry their own cost, and a header card is the cheapest way to put a brand in front of a buyer before the jordan keychain is picked up.

What is this jordan keychain made from, and how does it feel?

Can the shade or the charm be changed?
Both can. The shade the sneaker is pressed in, the pattern of the splash and the tone the metal is plated to all move independently, and the charm can be left off for a plainer piece. Artwork carrying a third party's mark only runs with written authorization from the rights holder.
What happens if a few pieces arrive faulty?
Every jordan keychain is looked over by hand before it is bagged, and anything with a bare patch, a distorted sneaker or a strap missing its rivet is pulled out at that stage. If a handful still reach you, photograph the count and the faults; replacements are issued against the ratio, or the value is credited.
What is the minimum order, and how do samples work?
Wholesale runs open at 50 pieces, so a small trial order is possible, and a logo printed along the strap opens at 100 pieces. Samples are bought as single pieces rather than issued free across the board: one stock piece is free and you cover the freight. Nothing is scheduled for production until you have signed the sample off.
How long does a run take once the sample is signed?
Stock shades leave in 5-7 days. A run carrying your logo adds roughly a week, since the strap has to be printed and the plating batch scheduled around it. Freight time sits outside that and depends on the port and the service you choose.
